Will be Traveling a Lot This Summer

Seems like this time of the year we get the wanderlust.  We will be traveling to several places in the states and also a trip to Italy.

Along the way we will recommend good sites and places to stay and things to see and do.  We think you will enjoy these spots also.

Starting out with a visit to Syracuse, New York and a selection of Syracuse Motels to choose from.  A trip through the Finger lakes region and visits and wine tastings at several of the New York State wineries is called for.

Then off to the Big Apple, you know, Manhattan, The City That Never Sleeps.  Getting excited about this one even thinking about it.  Our selection of places to stay here will be handled by New York City Hotels and the choices abound.  We expect to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on this trip.

Then we will be off to the west coast and a visit to California and a selection of  Sonoma Wine Country Motels and inns will be awesome.

To top it all off we plan a trip later this summer and will be taking some Northern Italy Tours through a tour guide that we met previously and she does a fantastic job on long term Italy tours or even the single guided day trips of Tuscany.

Is there anything more exciting than travel and visiting different places?  We just love it!

Travel to NYC to See the Christmas Lighting

We want to call our readers attention to an excellent resource for the 2009 holiday season.  A free checklist of places to see on a walking tour in Manhattan of 55 of the best Christmas lighting displays.

The website at http://City-NewYork.com is very helpful for a lot of things having to do with New York City, and all free information.  There are maps, how to hail a cab, videos, NYC sights and events, etc.

This particular post is a long annotated checklist of the best Christmas Holiday decorations and it is arranged so that you can walk from one to the next.

So if you are going to travel to see the NYC Christmas Lighting you will want to print out this checklist and take it with you.
